Types of Metal Profiles We Supply

Studs (CW Profiles)

CW (C-shaped wall) studs are the vertical members in a wall partition system. They slot into the floor and ceiling tracks and carry the gypsum board cladding. Studs are available in widths of 48mm, 50mm, 70mm, 75mm, and 100mm, allowing builders to match the partition thickness to acoustic, fire, and structural requirements. Wider studs accommodate thicker insulation and provide greater sound reduction between rooms.

Tracks (UW Profiles)

UW (U-shaped wall) tracks are fixed to the floor and ceiling to form the top and bottom rails of the partition frame. The CW studs slide into these tracks, creating a rigid framework. Tracks are sized to match the corresponding stud width and are fixed with appropriate anchors depending on the substrate: concrete nails for screed floors, expansion bolts for concrete ceilings, or screws for steel structures.

Ceiling Channels (CD Profiles)
